She took charge of getting all paperwork, permits and inspections done. All I had to do is sign a few documents electronically. I don't anticipate ever having to sell my new home but if I were to do so, I would hope that Michelle would be available to sell it for me. Excellent service, communication and detail work.

The house was filled with lots of junk accumulated by the tenants. Michelle is knowledgeable, responsive, quick in action with high efficiency. She helped us to overcome many obstacles and got the house sold within 2 months at full asking price. I never had any problem communicating with her with three hours’ time gap. She took care of everything in our absence including multiple repairs. We would never be able to sell the house so quickly without her and her teams support and cooperation. With her assistance, we did not even have to go back to NJ to close the sale.
